The WebTalkGuys World Radio web site has downloadable mp3 files of radio shows about the internet. CNET Radio Direct is another site that pushes 15 minute mp3 radio shows to a special program that plays, stores, and otherwise manages the files. In the FAQ, you can tell that this does not appeal to a lot of people.
